Eggs are one of the most filling foods in the world since they have lots of protein. Egg protein tends to bloat us less than dairy protein. Eggs also give our waffles volume, making them soft and fluffly.

Olive oil can help smooth the lining of the bowel, making things smoother ;) It's also super heart healthy! We use olive oil instead of any refined oils.

Our waffles are sweetened with just a bit of coconut sugar instead of artificial or low-calorie sweeteners, to prevent bloat. It's low-glycemic to help prevent that sugar crash, and is filled with antioxidants.

Chocolates have too many ingredients these days. Our chocolate uses 3: cocoa mass, cocoa butter and sugar. That is all.
